Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Mid-Level Python Developer with a strong background in web application development and a genuine interest in Generative AI. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in building, enhancing, and maintaining our enterprise product. You will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the core technology that drives our revolutionary solution and be part of a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy web applications using Python and related technologies.
• Take ownership of end-to-end software development, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
• Fine-tune, deploy and Integrate LLMs.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers when needed.
• Collaborate on user-experience.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in Generative AI.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in Python web application development
• A Computer Science related degree is a plus.
• Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• Proven experience with back-end frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL), Cloud (GCP, Azure), RESTful APIs, and version control systems (Git).
• Demonstrated interest in Generative AI with hands-on experience in implementing AI models is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team.
• Self-driven, motivated, and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
