Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Marketing Manager with a strong background in developing and executing SaaS/Cloud/AI/ML campaigns focused on Demand Generation and Brand Recognition. As a Marketing Manager, you will be a leader on the team responsible for telling the world the story of our services and products. You will be expected to be our chief advocate and evangelist, spreading the Elastiq Story everywhere. Additionally, you will be charged with crafting the strategy around the messaging and marketing for new initiatives. You will have the unique opportunity to contribute to our Brand Identity and Story to drive our organic growth and be part of a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Together with the sales and product teams, educate external stakeholders about our product features and their benefits.
• Create marketing content (e.g. sales enablement documentation, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, forum responses) to articulate the benefits of Elastiq to the world.
• Developing and Executing campaigns for customer acquisition, demand generation, and brand recognition
• Social Media, Public Relations, Email Marketing, Ad Campaigns, Webinars, Event Planning, etc…
• Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product.
• Track, measure, analyze, and grow our Inbound Qualified Leads to drive new customer acquisition
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in Generative AI.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
• Proven track record of success creating campaigns that convert cold traffic into qualified leads
• Past experience in digital marketing, product marketing, social media marketing, and public relations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — there is a heavy amount of writing and presenting/selling ideas in this role.
• Proficiency in content management systems. You will be expected to build landing pages, optimize the conversion paths on those pages, and use dynamic calls-to-action to create and test buyer stage-specific calls-to-action.
• Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life. You are at the center of our entire organization, constantly interacting with teammates and prospects.
